    Indian Main Course Dishes

    This page is exclusively for Indian Main course dishes. A separate section from my home state Tamil Nadu and the rest of India categorised based on the dishes. Our everyday meal roughly consists of 4 components. Rice or roti, a gravy/sauce like sambar or rasam to go with the rice, a dry vegetable side dish and other accompaniments like papad, pickle etc...
