Oats Dates ladoo – A simple sweet made with fibre-rich whole-grain Oats and naturally sweetened with Dates. This is also a perfect snack!
Best snack to satiate your sweet tooth. Quick to make. No sugar. Naturally sweetened with dates. Above all, a simple sweet, combined with healthy ingredients that does not stir a guilt when one indulges!

Oats & Dates ladoo - A simple sweet made with fibre-rich whole-grain Oats and naturally sweetened with Dates.
- 2 Cups Oats
- 250 gms Dates, pitted
- 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 1/4 Cup warm Ghee
- Nuts, for garnish (cashews, walnuts, pistachios etc...)
Roast Oats in a Tbsp of Ghee. Cool.
Add all the ingredients in a mixer except ghee and nuts and make a smooth powder.
Pour this in a mixing bowl. Add the nuts and ghee. Mix it well and start making into small balls.
Store them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
